Delivery Information & Terms

Shipping is calculated based on the region you select and either the weight of your order or the number of cases. Please select the correct region as failure to do so may result in delay or cancellation of your order.

You will be asked to select your region:

  • Pick up - Holgate Bottleshop in Woodend

  • Melbourne Metro - orders under $50 (Australia Post)

  • Melbourne Metro / Central Vic / Bellarine* - orders over $50 (Australia Post / Courier delivery)

  • Melbourne Metro / Central Vic / Bellarine* - orders over $100 (Australia Post / Courier delivery)

  • Melbourne Metro / Central Vic / Bellarine* - orders over $150 (Australia Post / Courier delivery)

  • Other Victoria (we deliver to all other Vic locations via Australia Post)

  • Sydney & Adelaide (Australia Post)

  • Brisbane / Other NSW (Australia Post)

  • Near Qld (Australia Post)

  • All other Australian locations are possible - see info below

*Courier delivery zones include:

  • Melbourne metropolitan area (up to Metro Zone 3)

  • Bendigo, Chewton, Juortoun, Kyneton, Castlemaine, Daylesford, Blampied, Trentham, Lyonsville, Woodend, Macedon, Mt Macedon, Gisborne, Riddell’s Creek

  • Ballan, Bacchus Marsh, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Torquay

  • Ballarat and surrounding suburbs

If you are in Australia but outside this region, please email taproom@holgatebrewhouse.com with your order and your location / address. We will calculate the postage and process your order manually.

Destination categorisation is as per Australia Post parcel guidelines (see booklet p16 & 17).

For the listed destinations, selected shipping cost will be added to your order price.

Delivery is only possible in Australia.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Melbourne metro deliveries should be within 7 days

  • Bendigo and surrounds* deliveries on a Wednesday (order by midnight Tuesday)

  • Kyneton, Castlemaine, Daylesford, Macedon, Gisborne and surrounds* deliveries on a Wednesday (order by midnight Tuesday)

  • Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Great Ocean Road*, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing & Point Cook deliveries every Thursday (order by midnight Wednesday)

  • Ballarat and surrounding deliveries on a Friday (order by midnight Thursday)

  • All other destinations standard Australia Post parcel delivery.
