Our SUB TROPIC turns up the volume on ripe mango and zingy passionfruit to create a sour beer pulsing with flavour. Balancing sour tartness with a juicy splash of tropical fruit and hint of lactose, it's as refreshing as a monsoon - and at 4% ABV, the perfect, crushable brew for hot days and long nights.

Kettle soured naturally with lactobacillus, the tartness is enhanced by the passionfruit, and balanced by the sweet mango. We also designed a malt bill to produce a ‘hazy pale’ style, creating a mouthfeel that would further balance the tart acidity. Then we added lactose for some extra sweetness.
