First brewed in 2013 to mark our 1000th brew, Millennium Falcon is made with pale malt and an interstellar hopping rate to produce an “Emperial” IPA that is simply out of this world. For this year’s release, the hopping schedule has again been tweaked and features a star-studded cast of favourites both old and new.

Tasting Notes
This year, the brewers decided to shave a little off the ABV to make this massive beer more drinkable, though they stopped short of calling it a sessionable Imperial IPA! The aroma is chock-full of super-fruity US hop aroma – think juicy pineapple, tart citrus, stone fruit, boiled lollies and bubblegum. On the palate, the fruity mélange is underpinned by a bold, evergreen hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is full and luxurious yet at the same time dangerously drinkable.
